1. Social workers and families contact care homes directly to check their bed availability. Registering on this website will mean the care homes will receive fewer phone calls so the care home staff can use that time to support their service users.
2. The care homes will receive a weekly reminder e-mail to update their bed availability.
3. Care homes can update their bed availability with one click on YES or NO. The system will then automatically update the vacancy on the website.
4. The care home can also update its bed availability anytime as soon as a bed is available. The system will show the date the care home last updated their bed availability.
